EFXCO Academy trains designers, artists, engineers and whole companies in the creative tools the industry runs on: Unreal Engine, Adobe, Blender, Nuke and Unity. Small classes, real projects, taught by working professionals.

EFXCO began in 2014 as HKVFX Visual Effects Training, started by Hussin Khan after his time as Head of Education at Rhythm & Hues Studios, the Academy Award-winning studio behind Life of Pi. The idea was simple: teach the tools the way studios actually use them.
Today EFXCO Academy is an authorised training centre for Unreal Engine, Nuke and Unity, a Certiport Authorized Testing Center for Adobe, and an HRD Corp registered training provider. Our content arm, EFXCO Studio, builds real-time and animated projects, so what we teach stays current.

Hussin Khan
A visual effects artist and educator with screen credits on Life of Pi, X-Men: First Class, The Hunger Games and 2036 Origin Unknown. Former Head of Education at Rhythm & Hues Studios, and a former trainer at Escape Studios in London.
