EFXCO Academy is an HRD Corp registered training provider. Here is exactly how the claim works in 2026, who does what, and how early you need to start.
HRD Corp has tightened the rules.
HRD Corp's revised terms for levy-based training grants apply to applications from 15 June 2026. The biggest change: the grant must be approved before training starts, so last-minute applications no longer work.

In-house training can start 14 days after the grant is approved.
Public classes: 3 days after approval, until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 it becomes 14 days.
Training must start within 90 days after that waiting period ends.
HRD Corp raises one query per application. Reply within 5 calendar days.
Approved grants cannot be amended. To change dates or names, cancel and apply again.
Claims must be submitted within 6 months of the training end date.

Pick a course and tell us who is joining. Talk to us at least 4 to 6 weeks before your preferred date so there is time for the grant approval.

Your HR or levy officer applies under HRD Corp Claimable Courses (Skim Bantuan Latihan Khas), selects EFXCO Academy and the programme, adds the trainees and fees, and attaches our documents.

HRD Corp may raise one query per application. Reply within 5 calendar days or the application can be rejected. Send it to us if it is about the course and we will help you answer.
Within 5 daysApproval, then confirm with us
Once approved, send us the grant reference and fill in our registration form so we can lock in the seats. Training cannot start while the grant is still pending.
14 to 90 days before trainingAttend the training
Your team trains with us in Cyberjaya, at your office or live online. We keep attendance records. HRD Corp may check classes on site or online.
Training daysClaims after training
EFXCO submits the course fee claim. Your company claims any approved allowances. Claims must be in within 6 months of the training end date.

We suggest submitting a week before the approval date, so there is time for one query. HRD Corp's decision and timing always apply.

Yes. EFXCO Academy (EFXCO Sdn Bhd) is an HRD Corp registered training provider. Your HR team can find us when selecting a training provider in e-TRiS.
Our courses are registered under HRD Corp Claimable Courses. How much you can claim depends on your company's levy balance and HRD Corp's approval. Our fees already include 8% SST.
Your company does, through its own e-TRiS account. We prepare and send every document you need to attach.
Ideally 4 to 6 weeks before training. Since 15 June 2026 the grant must be approved before training, with a 14-day lead time for in-house training.
Not on the same grant. Under the June 2026 rules, approved grants cannot be amended. You cancel the grant and apply again, so confirm names and dates before you apply.
Yes. We train at our Cyberjaya studio, at your premises, or live online, subject to the programme registration and HRD Corp requirements.
Yes. For private team training we tailor the content to your projects and software. We prepare the matching course outline for your application.
